We are a small group of families investing long-term capital across multiple asset classes. Our approach combines direct company building with disciplined capital allocation across public markets, private investments, and real assets.

Alongside our operating businesses, we maintain exposure to liquid public equities as a source of flexibility and cash generation, allowing us to act quickly when opportunities emerge.

Real estate remains a core component of the portfolio, providing asset-backed stability, long-duration income, and tax-efficient compounding. We invest both directly and through structured partnerships.

We selectively deploy capital into venture and early-stage businesses where we can take meaningful positions and contribute operationally. These investments are intentionally concentrated and underwritten for asymmetric outcomes.

A portion of capital is always held in reserve to capitalize on dislocation, distressed opportunities, and time-sensitive transactions.

We do not operate as a traditional fund. We do not manage outside capital or optimize for short-term exits. The structure allows us to take a long view across both businesses and markets.
